Development Concept of peint ECOKIT HS-300

● The objective shall be to create a water-soluble paint that can be easily applied like a
   general paint (odorless/reduction in VOC).
● The objective shall be to create a new thin-film paint that has the three functions
   including high reflectance, heat shielding and heat emission.
● The new paint shall feature easier work process and lower price than existing
   High-reflects/Heat-shielding/Heat-insulating/Heat-emissive paints, and the anticipated
   performance can be ensured with a thinner film.

It reflects thermal spectra of sunlight very well. Solar reflectance: 89% or over

It features strong performance to emit heat, and the coating surface temperature will not be high even in summer time.

It uses inorganic materials for its main raw materials , thus ensuring excellent weathrability. SWON test: 2,000 hours

It is a water-soluble, inorganic paint that does not produce any hazardous volatile substances including VOCs and formaldehyde and is most friendly to people as well as the environment.

  1. It has insulation effectiveness.                                                             The effectiveness is realized by the combined use of hollow silica balloons and our unique inorganic materials.
  2. It features good adhesiveness on various b base  materials.              (Some bese materials require the use of a primer.)                          The paint contain anti-algae and anti-mold agents to prevent generation of algae and mold.

  • Reduce energy consumed for cooling and warming from bottom up.
  • By applying ECOKIT HS-300 on architectural aggregates, thereby restricting thermal energy shift and suppressing condensation.
  • Application for coating on a wide range of materials.
  • For application on container, etc., the internal temperature can be decreased significantly due to its Heat-emission effect.
  • By processing the uneven surface (matte surface), the surface area is increased. As aresult, electromagnetic waves can be reflected in all directions, and the Heat-emission efficiency can be enhanced, there by preventing the rise in temperature.
  • When the ambient temperature is low, the building can be kept warm because ECOKIT HS-300 will retain heat due to its Heat-insulating effect.
